These Terms of Use govern your use of the NewsThread Android application and related public legal pages.

Use of the app

NewsThread is provided as a news aggregation and comparison tool. You may use it only in compliance with applicable laws and in ways that do not interfere with the app, the supporting infrastructure, or third-party publishers.

No account relationship

This release does not create a user account relationship with NewsThread. There is no sign-in, subscription purchase, or cloud account required to use the app.

Third-party content

NewsThread links to and summarizes content from third-party publishers. Those publishers own their content and may apply their own terms, privacy policies, and paywalls. NewsThread does not claim ownership of publisher articles.

Availability and changes

NewsThread may change or discontinue features at any time. Future releases may add optional backup or account-related capabilities, but those features are not part of this release unless explicitly shipped and documented.

Disclaimer

NewsThread is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that news feeds, story clustering, source metadata, or linked articles will always be complete, accurate, current, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewsThread will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app or any linked third-party content.
